LEE CHAPMAN
President
Lee Chapman began his career in the PEO industry in 1999 at the age of nineteen years old. A veteran salesman for many national PEO services, including Epix Staffing and Unique Staffing, Lee recognized the need for brokerage services. Throughout his employment, Lee understood that no single solution would satisfy every employer. Despite winning several top company sales awards, Lee ultimately realized that as a broker, he could best present his customers with a wide range of options and choices from leading, national PEO firms. A native of San Antonio, Lee enjoys many hobbies and spending time with his wife and three kids!
CHARLES SCHATTENBERG
Vice President
A native of San Antonio, Charles Schattenberg graduated from renowned Northside Health Careers High School, and the University of Texas San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in economics with a minor in business management. Initially a veteran of the banking and finance industry, Charles spent the last ten years working in the PEO industry, eventually serving as Vice-President of the Texas and Oklahoma markets for ADP. Charles joined the PEO Link in 2017, lending his business acumen and experience to the PEO Link team. In his free time, Charles loves to Coach his son’s select baseball team and spend time with his wife!
LUKE KERSH
Vice President
West Texas Native Luke Kersh graduated from Pleasanton High School and attended Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas. Luke earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and put his education to work in the risk management division of a major car rental company. In 2005, Luke joined the PEO Link and put his years of experience to work helping customers find the best possible PEO service. Luke lives in the San Antonio with his wife of 20 years and two wonderful daughters.
